2. Research Use Only Acknowledgment

• All products are for in vitro laboratory research use only
• Products have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA
• Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any form of bodily administration
• Products are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease or medical condition
• Products are not food additives or household chemicals
• You will use all products solely for legitimate scientific research conducted by qualified researchers
• You accept full responsibility for the use and handling of all products purchased

3. Age Verification

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this website, create an account, or purchase any product from Research Vials. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to cancel any order or terminate any account if we have reason to believe the user is under 21 years of age.

4. Account Responsibilities

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing
• Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods
• Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store credit card details on our servers
• Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, resale for consumption, or violation of these Terms

6. Shipping

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days are processed the same day
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Re-shipments due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges

7. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. Details:

• Products must be in original, unopened, and undamaged packaging
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
• Contact support@researchvials.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
• Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for safety and contamination reasons
• Damaged or lost shipments will be replaced at no additional cost -- contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery for lost packages)

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use any product purchased from Research Vials for:

• Human or animal consumption: Including injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, or any other method of bodily administration
• Resale for consumption: Reselling products to end-users for human or animal consumption, clinical use, or any non-research purpose
• Diagnostic or therapeutic use: Using products to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition in humans or animals
• Food or food additives: Incorporating products into any food, beverage, supplement, or cosmetic product
• Illegal activities: Using products for any purpose that violates federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations

Violation of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination, order cancellation, and reporting to appropriate authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, data compilations, and software, is the property of Research Vials or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RESEARCH VIALS, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR PRODUCTS; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS OR PERSONAL INFORMATION; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION; (D) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR SIMILAR ISSUES; OR (E) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Research Vials, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your misuse of any product purchased from us, including but not limited to use for human or animal consumption; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right; (d) any claim by a third party arising from your use of our products; or (e) any misrepresentation regarding your research intent or age.

12. Regulatory Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, possession, and use of our products comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• FDA Regulations: Products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, or food additives under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act)
• DEA Regulations: Certain peptides or research compounds may be subject to regulation by the Drug Enforcement Administration. It is your responsibility to verify whether any product requires a DEA registration or license in your jurisdiction
• State & Local Laws: Some states or localities may have additional regulations regarding the purchase, possession, or use of research chemicals. You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Export Controls: Products may not be exported or re-exported in violation of U.S. export control laws and regulations

Research Vials makes no representations regarding the legality of any product in your specific jurisdiction. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any jurisdiction where we believe the sale may violate applicable laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Research Vials maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that state.

14. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site:

1. Informal Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@researchvials.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days
2. Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation before a mutually agreed-upon mediator
3. Binding Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in the state of our principal place of business
4. Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action

15. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 16. Severability
